I for one do not care about the hypocrisy and what Whisper's posts have done to the women in Austin. I do not care that he's a ____(insert word of choice). IMO he brought up a good topic. I do believe him that he gets emails from ladies asking for help, because I do too.

I started this thread for a reason .... Since GFX was Banned I have received a story regarding a member that RAPED a lady and 3 very similar stories from 3 different ladies regarding a Member using his Status here to try to force a freebie out of them when they were new in exchange for helping them achieve Verified Provider Status. Perhaps they will hear something here from other ladies that will motivate them to step up and share it in some manner in some forum and possibly affect these "men" in a way that they lose the ability to exert such pressure over them. At the moment they are afraid to.

Why do I receive the stories? It's gone on for years. They tell me because I am not afraid to tackle tough subjects and they hope I will get their issue to light and the person they have an issue with exposed and ostracized from the community.

I know you all want to make it seem like I am a pretend WK and championing the women and their cause with this thread. Truthfully, for me, this is about wanting these guys gone. Their Reviews and Information shared is tainted and not accurate in that they pressure for something you or I pay for. There is no truth in the review they write or information they share.

I am not going to try to sway any of your opinions here in this thread.

I actually know a parenting counselor back home that is well known and very popular in the city. She doesn't have children but has worked around and with children for some time.
So, to answer your question, YES. I would take advice from a children's counselor if they didn't have children. I LISTEN to the advice of anyone that wants to give it. Whether or not to take that advice and put it to good use in MY LIFE is MY CHOICE. Just like commenting on a thread with a topic that I am interested in is MY CHOICE. I am no one's "FAN" here. Cara, we have great providers you should spend some time with. Like Slave, Nikki, DDMcgee, to name just a few. They are very nice and sweet (not to gorgeous), but they can stand up probably to any these guys crap.

As to what you were saying about being assertive and confrontational, I know exactly what your talking about. I'm personally the same way, and will do alot to avoid stressful situations until someone pushes me too far and I worry that I would hurt them (irish and polish temper). I've learned to be very calm.

I do not like clockwatchers, but also don't want to take advantage of provider's time either. A clock on the wall or the stand isn't bad if your not staring at it all the time. (I enjoy talking to providers before, during, and after, and lose all track of time, gentle reminders don't bother me and shouldn't bother any hobbyist. I've looked at the clock and said it was time to go sometimes when the provider didn't notice.

Every situation is different, but the provider better in control.

As said before, from you and others, 1.get dressed, 2.say you have to be somewhere, 3.it's been fun see you next time, 4.you want to take a shower before leave.
check info share I wouldn't be surprised if providers don't have a thread of suggestions for how to get a guy to leave peacefully.

I'm think providers should take self defense classes, most of the time they are smaller than hobbyists. You should be able to defend yourself against "unfriendly" or "unwilling" hobbyist. I encouraged my 66 old mother to take classes in case someone attacked her.

as to the comments that follow, yea I have low opinion of men ( I don't trust women very much either besides the point), from everything I've seen and heard before I ever entered this hobby. There's alot of good guys out there, but there's also alot scum.

I worry when I enter that room and I can defend myself, why shouldn't a provider have the same concerns and defenses. I've heard some of the horror stories, and you know that's just the tip of the iceberg.
