I am throwing this out there from personal experience: If the guy is aware of what you do for a living, or to supplement your income, then it's all a degree of ability to accept things. A long time ago, I was in a relationship with a part time provider. We also actively participated in some semi-organized swinging. We were in the midst of a sexually charged era, of course, but it all worked out. She viewed her abilities as a way to provide income, and I was able to seperate it from our own lives and sexual activities. One of the hardest parts was the need for her to stop thinking of herself as a "provider' at all times, and let herself have fun on a different level. It worked. We simply went our seperate ways, and actually run into each other now and again. She no longer provides, or swings, and has a family. Fast forward to the recent past: decades later, the person I was involved with for many years was actively involved in things outside the relationship without my knowledge, basically sneaking and screwing around because she was bored. In my eyes, I would have much rather had some open discourse with her and found ways to get it interesting, including involving others. Maybe it's the generation I grew up in, but sex is sex, romance is romance, and love is love. yes they are all interrelated, but , like the proverbial FWB scenario, sex can be nothing more than an expression of friendship, or just for sport, or a means to provide. It's a mechanical, physical act, but lying or hiding involvement is easily more destructive. The right guy will make it work. And it could also be fun to have sex be adventurous and exciting, not business...what better way to try out that new technique for work?
