That’s also not where the crime emergency is so there’s no reducing crime in those areas. No one is shooting up or mugging a bunch of tourists at the national mall. Nor are criminals jacking cars in downtown DC. Especially not in Georgetown. I lived their for years, we all knew where the crime was, including tourists. Southeast DC is where the problem is.

As I stated, putting Humvees on the national mall and guys with M16s standing around there in fatigues isn’t stopping any crime. It’s just performance.

That's the whole scheme of things. They aren't interested in reducing crime. They just want people to think they are. The criminals in DC are members of your government. The little street thugs in DC are killing each other off that's what Government officials really want.
