Dems will say anything to attack someone. Like when Harry Reid accused Romney of not paying taxes. When confronted with evidence Reid quipped that Romney was not president. Like I said, dems will say anything including that someone is a Russian agent.

Isn’t that what the highlighted passage refers to? An ad with an inoffensive woman who is a registered republican?
Sanger was an activist for women and the ability to survive childbirth by having fewer children.
