Sanger was a racist. Her book from 1906 was called The Pivot of Civilization. She expounded on removing the "weeds" from humanity. Those weeds? Negroes (1906 vernacular), Jews, Catholics, and the Irish. She hated others but I've made my point. The German invited her to see how they handled "inferior" races.

She was a product of her time. Just like there were communists in America before the Soviet Union taught us the dangers of how communism could be perverted there were eugenicists in America who didn’t understand the dangers until the Nazis started trying to eliminate an entire group of people.

Her support for the legalization and acceptance of birth control by society has been a net positive as far as I can tell. The dumb shits complaining about the Sydney Sweeney jeans campaign have probably never even heard of Margaret Sanger. In fact if this thread did any good at all it brough attention to her contribution to our society both good and bad.

The OP’s post is just an unsubtle way of calling Democrats racists. It has no other point. That’s what makes this a troll thread.

I invite you to read the Troll wiki page. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Troll_(slang)

In slang, a troll is a person who posts deliberately offensive or provocative messages online (such as in social media, a newsgroup, a forum, a chat room, an online video game) or who performs similar behaviors in real life. The methods and motivations of trolls can range from benign to sadistic. These messages can be inflammatory, insincere, digressive, extraneous, or off-topic, and may have the intent of provoking others into displaying emotional responses, or manipulating others' perceptions, thus acting as a bully or a provocateur. The behavior is typically for the troll's amusement, or to achieve a specific result such as disrupting a rival's online activities or purposefully causing confusion or harm to other people. Trolling behaviors involve tactical aggression to incite emotional responses, which can adversely affect the target's well-being.

The OP never enters into discussion or debate. Virtually every one of his posts say the same thing, such as:

"Creepy democrats show up in funny costumes."

He has been banned several times for trolling.

He is a troll

At least half a dozen forum Democrats call me a troll on a regular basis. I consider it a badge of honor. However, they refuse to debate the original topic of this post. When Democrats can’t debate, they call you names like “Racist” or “troll” and try to get you banned. Why do Democrats want me banned so badly? Does my speech threaten their narrative too much. Democrats are also the party of censorship. The collective effort by them to get me banned is evidence of that. Have you ever considered that incendiary posts are more likely to illicit a deeper thought process? My goal here is make you think and reevaluate your positions and narratives, nothing more.

It is doubtful you have debated a single one of your threads.

Democrats never condemn Margaret Sanger, a real racist. They do however condemn a young, beautiful, white, girl for participating in a jeans add. Democrats won't debate the merits of this post. They instead collectively call me names and try to get me pointed or banned. This tells you all you need to know about Democrats.

First of all no one is condemning a young beautiful white girl for participating in a jeans ad campaign. That’s just ridiculous. They are however condemning a campaign ad that implies that eugenics are OK when they are not.

Secondly As I said in my previous post Margaret Sanger is criticized for her views on eugenics especially after the war when societies views on eugenics and racism changed. But the fact remains that her activism around women’s rights and access to birth control is her true legacy and not her views on eugenics.

The same argument applies to someone like Henry Ford who was a supporter of eugenics as well as a massive anti-semite. But his legacy is industrial automation and the rise of the automobile.

But your biases are apparent to all as evidenced by your own comments.

Sanger was a woman of her time, a racist. Just own it that your hero was a hater of people and a democrat. Her child (Planned Parenthood) was all about killing babies of minority groups. In her book, she says she is putting her clinics in black neighborhoods because that was her mission. She also wanted to co opt the clergy to push abortion.
I'm seeing several people on tv criticising the racism and white supremacy of the ad. Probably more about the fact that this inoffensive woman is a registered republican. Dems will say anything to attack someone. Like when Harry Reid accused Romney of not paying taxes. When confronted with evidence Reid quipped that Romney was not president. Like I said, dems will say anything including that someone is a Russian agent.

It’s apparent that you watch conservative media and that you are familiar with anti-abortion propaganda.

I read and watch mainstream media like the washington post, the new york times npr and pbs. The only mention of the Sydney Sweeney story that I’ve seen was to report on the controversy it was generating. I had no idea that she was a registered republican until you just mentioned it and the only people who seem to really care are the people who want to paint it as some kind of DEI or liberal snowflake issue. It’s just not that interesting.

As far as the planned parenthood issue the eugenics tie-in with Margaret Sanger is a false flag issue pushed by people like Ben Carson in an attempt to discredit the organization and its policies.

https://www.npr.org/sections/itsallp...ack-population

Sanger's birth control movement did have support in black neighborhoods, beginning in the '20s when there were leagues in Harlem started by African-Americans. Sanger also worked closely with NAACP founder W.E.B. DuBois on a "Negro Project," which she viewed as a way to get safe contraception to African-Americans.

In 1946, Sanger wrote about the importance of giving "Negro" parents a choice in how many children they would have.

"The Negro race has reached a place in its history when every possible effort should be made to have every Negro child count as a valuable contribution to the future of America," she wrote. "Negro parents, like all parents, must create the next generation from strength, not from weakness; from health, not from despair."

Her attitude toward African-Americans can certainly be viewed as paternalistic, but there is no evidence she subscribed to the more racist ideas of the time or that she coerced black women into using birth control. In fact, for her time, as the Washington Post noted, "she would likely be considered to have advanced views on race relations."

********

But the OP simply posted a picture and the statement “Silly Democrats”. What about this is not trolling?

The topic here is for readers to guess which one of 2 people presented here is called "racist" by Democrats.

Before making a guess, has it been confirmed Democrats have labeled either of 2 people "racist" ?

Why have these 2 people been chosen for comparison and guess work ?

Have Republicans mentioned anything?

With this added information, a guess can be made.

If it is not established Democrats have called either one "racist", a guess cannot be made, making the thread useless.

Well txdot, I haven't even brought up the younger woman until now. Nor did I mention party affiliation. You must be dreaming things. As for Sanger, I read her book. Disgusting piece of writing. Trying to cover her with a cloak of respectively by associating her with liberal activist doesn't change her beliefs.
