I cant think of a reason why that would be a point worthy offense.
The site has a guideline stating that if a review has not had a post in the last 30 days then it should be allowed to age away from current threads. This is to stop obvious promoters from bumping old reviews among other things. The only time it is pertinent for the review to be bumped is if the OP is providing additional info that is pertinent to his review. Anyone else should either post their own review or should start a thread in COED and reference the review.
