This is all very entertaining. I completely understand your frustration. So many quirky rules here, not something you would expect considering the intended purpose of this site.

From what I can guess, this website is hosted on servers located in the USA. The USA where prostitution is illegal. So your not allowed to talk bout hookers. So everyone talks in code and lingo, to try to skirt around that fact.

Not sure now but was in Texas. Few year back some Texas laws change, then one of the targets became icky(ECCIE how to say can be found in a monty python YT clip and hence icky)

icky change some rules. Then so did Texas to keep icky a target. Icky went down for a bit. Then back with many changes
