"Disappointed"? Because the arena wasn't full? Who are these "disappointed" people? You are either going to vote for Trump because you believe he would be better for the country or you believe Biden will.

Trump in a less than filled arena, Biden in an empty basement. Anybody that believes any of that has anything to do with who will be elected is as politically naive as one can get.

It's window dressing folks. It matters not. I'm voting for Trump and I wouldn't go to a rally if I had a limousine pick me up and free dinner afterwards.

I'm not disappointed. Television coverage was great.

The trip home was short!

... well ...

..... it would depend on who was waiting in the limo ...

and I might just skip the rally ... and watch it in the limo.

Trump would understand. He's feelings wouldn't be hurt.

Well, As a Trump supporter and given the hype of the whole thing even with the OP, I am disappointed with the outcome.

Trump and campaign, while trying to paint a positive picture is disappointed(and Trump specifically is angry) as well.

Those discounting now the poor turnout as being window dressing or not mattering have just agreed with Speedy in that it doesn't matter in the end anyway.

I’m not agreeing with Speedy in the slightest. The Secret Service said attendance was 10/12k. But that’s besides the point. Several thousand people did show up. Putting their health and personal safety at risk. I wouldn’t have gone if it was in Pittsburgh because of those reasons. It doesn’t mean I’m less enthusiastic about voting for Trump. I pointed out earlier in this thread that Biden only had 20 hand picked people at his townhall. It was pathetic. I would bet that more people attended Trumps rally than all of Biden’s events combined this election cycle. Do I think Trumps campaign will have to rethink how they will stage rallies? Sure. We’re in uncharted waters this year. Everything’s unpredictable due to Covid and violence in our cities. Does that mean Trump supporters are less enthusiastic? Not in my opinion. If sports leagues opened their games to the public, the stands wouldn’t be full.

The Soviet Union once reported a car race - between USA and USSR.
Report - American car finishes next to last.

Soviet car finishes second.

Today LSM would just put soviet 1st, American Last.

Same thing with rallys - to LSM -Biden's are a huge success, and Trump rally extremely disappointing, anemic, with poor turnout. LSM has more spin than a Maytag warehouse full of washer -dryers.

Trump rally gives Fox News largest Saturday night audience in its history

https://www.foxnews.com/media/trump-...nce-in-history

President Trump’s rally on Saturday attracted a record-setting audience on TV despite the smaller-than-expected crowd in attendance at the Tulsa, Okla., event.

A whopping 7.7 million total viewers tuned into Fox News from 8 p.m. to 10 p.m. EDT during Trump’s remarks, making it the most watched Saturday in the network’s history during that time period, according to early Nielsen data.

I didn't have you or anybody else in mind when I said that but I think if one reads the responses above, it is clear ( at lest to me ) that the rally and it's attendance did not/ does not matter in the least. Will one single person that was already voting for Trump change their mind because the arena wasn't full? NO, they will not. Period!

The point I was trying to make. Some times I don't always convey the right words or tone which is why I don't make a living at this.
