I do not think you quite understand. I completely agree the reference system is helpful, and I always provide them promptly.

However I cannot dictate how another woman runs her business. If another woman does not respond, I will find other means to determine and assess his safety.

I haven't had a lot of issue with this, but I do get multiple references because I don't expect everyone to be able to get back to me that day much less minutes . This is why I tell guys to give me a few days for screening. It's rude to just expect someone to be sitting by the phone waiting to give a reference. Plan ahead if you think you going to possibly see a lady, give her the screening and then you have a better chance getting in with less notice.

As far as not giving references back I always will, except when it's someone I haven't seen in 8+ years using me. I have no idea how that can even help another provider. So I tell them yea I have seen them or if I do or don't remember them, but I also tell them it's been x number of years and that I can't tell them how that person is recently . That's why I ask for references from the last 6 months.

This seems to be an issue in Austin as well.
I have heard of guys will not see ladies who don't offer references in timely fashion. I know there are some ladies who will contact the guy and offer a discounted rate to get the guy to see them instead.
The way I look at things is that guys want variety. Whether a guy comes to see me once or they are regulars doesn't matter. I've found that if I've given a reference, the guy is more willing to return sooner unless he only visits a lady once.

I normally try to answer requests within a couple of hours (or in the morning if the request comes in overnight) as long as I am contacted on here. My number is private, so I don't answer anyone that texts or calls.

There is no reason to avoid giving references, if the guy wants to see someone else, THEY WILL!! Unless you are married or dating the guy in RW, they aren't exclusively yours. If you've made enough of an impression, he'll be back!!

You guys are fighting an uphill battle, every provider is different and have different views about certain things including taking the time to respond to screening, some might see it as wasting their time and energy only to give the OK for someone else to make money with their research

Example sting: Lets say they get busted & convicted: they need to pay the fine of 2k, 4k, or 10k, plus lawyer fee's. Then they will have to serve 6 months, or 1 year, or 2 years, depending on how many times they got busted, and if there was any nose candy involved.

During this time, they lost all their regular clients and any possible new ones. (except BLM69, he might try to visit you in there) And to top all that off, they move up into the next bracket and closer to some very serious time, and get their picture taken with their real name. (how much time, energy, and money are they wasting now) All this could have been avoided by watching each others back. It's not rocket science. There are plenty of guy's for them to share. Take the time to make the call.

Say, i was too stupid & greedy to make a simple phone call.

What prompted me to make this thread was me asking a lady (and I use that loosely) for a ref and she basically told me to go fuck myself and do my own research but she said it in a ghetto ugly ratchet girl way.

Like i mentioned it's not required but it is helpful if these providers would simply put it somewhere on their profile and also let their clients know not to use them as a reference.

Exactly. The only thing you do by withholding a reference is piss your client off.
