State regulation of premiums, claims experience from different states, and the presence of alternative coverages.

Autombile liability premiums differ from county to county on the same "principles"!

Additionally some states supplement premiums, which drives down the overall premium experiences for the state. Also some employers purchase health coverage from a different state from which the employee is a resident and working.

They've been "blinking" a lot the past couple of months!

Bad polling
Bad voter turnout
Bad campaign strategy
Bad election
Bad excuses for losing a "shoe-in" election!
Bad recount
Bad bribery and intimidation effort
Bad Electoral college challenge
Bad Boycott
Bad protest march
Bad resistance to appointment approvals
Bad audience counting ... forgot TV and Internet connections~!
Bad legislative agenda!

Blink, Blink!

They're going to have to start getting up earlier for coffee and staying up later for dessert ....

... if they expect to be effective at all in 2018 or 2020!

HillaryNoMore was crushed by the EnergizerTrump, and they are now also.

1. If a you have your appendix removed by a surgeon. The payout to the surgeon is the same for a BCBS policy whether it was purchased thru an employer (Group insurance) or on the government exchange. Just ask any Surgeon that you might know.

2. Former Speaker of the House of Reps, John Boehner got his health insurance at HealthCare.gov. (Since his income is more than $94,000) he does not qualify for a subsidy from the Federal Government.

3. Senator Ted Cruz did not go to HealthCare.gov. Cruz was on his wife's group insurance that she got from her employer.

4. Members of Congress are in the individual market and are purchasing health insurance at HealthCare.Gov.

Prove it. United Health Care and Aetna got caught with unbalanced risk pools and lost a lot money with their individual market business (plans sold on HealthCare.gov).

People with pre-existing conditions were absorbed into the system and the sick ones submitted lots of CLAIMS. Before the ACA law was passed Health Insurance companies did not sell health insurance policies to people with pre-existing conditions, they were weeded out. Just go look at J.D. Barleycorns link regarding his CRUDE explanation for health insurance. Pay attention to where he talks about "keeping people off the lifeboat".

Health Insurance profit = Premiums collected - Claims paid out.

In the individual market Claims paid out was greater than premiums collected for UHC and Aetna and they stop doing business on the government exchange in most states/counties (if not all).

The question was if the underwriter is not looking at risk, what is he looking at. You just wrote that the underwriter is looking at risk dumbass.

All you do is post bullshit to be posting. For example RM's question about the friend with a disability. Keep working on that post count, bitch. It won't take you long to get to 30,000.
