The board has not changed. You have. That is not an indictment or negative assessment of you. It is the nature of things. You simply do not know how to adjust your board behavior accordingly.

You make the mistake of thincking the newbie, lurker and 'unenlightened' need to be taught some great truth. They cannot be taught. They should not be taught. Accept that they are where you were and allow them their journey. Be a mentor or don't. But, quashing reviews serves no good purpose
