GFX Pimp or Agency? Marketing Genius or Headline Grabbing operation? There is "Risk " here that everyone NEEDS to at least consider.

Do outside entities look at the board in search of illegal activities?

Certainly they do. Most people tend to know it and it definitely affects the flavor of how some participate. It colors how some share information.

A few years back on a similar board there came a day when a couple of very high profile Agencies were taken down and the process had a huge negative effect on the board and the community as well as the people that were involved.

Did the board play a part? I don't know. I don't think anyone knows for sure. But a lot of people ran scared for a good while.

Ladies go about their business in certain manners to protect themselves and many have very archaic views of what someone can or cannot do in regards to gathering information intended to leading to their incarceration.

There are no shortages of Girls, Pimps and Agencies that work these boards.

The vast majority of business comes as the result of running ads and receiving reviews. Young pretty ladies seldom do or need to post and participate more than that. Post an ad, get a review go to the bank avoid the attention of others.

I have been around a lot of years and never seen anything like GFX.

The person behind GFX's presence here on the board really has a good grasp on Marking and the use of Social Media to promote a Product.

All the Glitz and Glamor and disclaimers does not change the fact on any day of the week they are pimping whores that are engaging in prostitution with graphic examples of their activities being written and presented here with the encouragement of the Pimp/Agency.

Say anything you want about what the middle man is doing but there comes a day when the person making an argument is a paid attorney and more than one person has found themselves in custody, lives turned upside down and the center of media attention.

I want to state that I have no problem with Agencies or Pimps. Mods that Pimp girls Yes. Pimps in general, No....

I have and will use the services of girls that use Agencies as well as Pimps probably. I could care less if a lady has made a determination that she wants help.

But in any decision I believe you HAVE to look at the level of Risk involved. THAT is what this thread is about. The added Risk an Agency like GFX creates.

With GFK you have an excellent selection of very pretty young ladies and there is no questioning that the marketing behind the business is successful.

But in addition to the Marketing is the premise they are collecting data on clients and their preferences based on the marketing they are known to do.

They run a Poll and every guy that selects "redhead" for favorite hair color is later solicited to try the new redhead in the area.

Smart and Effective and probably banking money as a result.....

But in my mind.... An operation that is so public in their presentation and knowledge puts themselves in the center of intention for any investigation.

And if taken on represents a tremendous amount of data that who knows what else will be a part of it?

What other records are they keeping?
How much information is retained?

My guess is that what is talked about here that we are aware of is the tip of an iceberg....

Most agencies take a sideline approach on the boards and never maintain a presence as large as GFX.

When they first came on the scene it was all about pushing as many reviews as fast as possible. They can never claim to be unaware of all the written documentaries of the questionable activities their "employees" have been involved in.

So here we have this well staffed, well promoted Agency skyrocketing to success with some questionable activity to be concerned about and what does he/she do?

Starts openly dissing people that used to work for him /her?

Wow. What a better way to insure that the #1 source of information that could draw attention to you is put into play. Let's start dissing the people closest to you.

How petty can someone be?

What business does this? Takes their dirty laundry and puts it on display?

Over time, this kind of repeated activity, is going to be what leads to problems and destroys all the hard work they do.

The business mind behind the GFX is has tremendous potential but the Ego behind the posting presence is a huge detriment to their business.

This is an Agency, that if they continue to pose and posture for the spotlight driving more and more attention to themselves, will some day lose it all and when it happens there will be a fallout that affects the girls that work for them as well as clients involved.

Guys that utilize the services will wonder how many times their name is in some list and exactly what information is there with it.

Ladies will jump at the knock at their door when they realize their employer has been targeted and people are getting rounded up...

"Prove this", "Prove That" and all these "disclosures" in place will mean nothing because the moment someone is walked past a camera and tied to the glaring outlandish titles of the stories with the flashy GFX Logos on display there will be a lot of people tried and convicted..... Maybe not in a courtroom..... but by friends and family, teachers and employers and more...

Recently some have sung the song that this is a board for the hookers.

What this board is for is sharing information that most people use to mitigate risk.

Ladies mitigate their risk in learning about potential clients.

Men mitigate Risk reading reviews and knowing if a lady delivers on what he is looking for.

In the case of GFX they are giving us a very public display of the way they run their business.

It is also information we can all use to make decisions.

Does a lady want to work for someone that will diss her and lay blame on her upon leaving? Does a guy want the services of a Headline Prime time Seeking News Story?

Food for thought as well as discussion.....

My personal opinion about GFX? The Marketing behind their business is spot on and well thought out and a lot of other people in business could benefit from some of what GFX does. They have some extremely attractive ladies that are well reviewed.

But as Agencies go I believe the Ego behind the online presence will undermine what could be a really good business and in the long run I cannot afford to have my name in
their files as client.


Any other Agency Owners that read this..... Recruit those ladies and let it be known quietly they are available and you will improve your business...... If other members of the community meet any of the ladies they should be told about the board and ability to be INDY as they are working for a loose cannon at the moment....

They probably won't listen.....Pimps cast a magical spell over the girls they meet

There is risk involved whenever two or more discerning individuals engage in this thing of ours.

Each of us accepts some form of risk when contact is made with a Moco 'girl', SW, independent or 'union shop'.

It is not just GFX that retains information on customers for marketing or business.

Having read several posts over the years, I have noticed there are several providers that have casually mentioned retaining emails, PMs, and telephone numbers of hobbyists. Am I on there? More than likely as this is how some ladies/agencies know whom they have seen and who they can vouch for. I would be quite willing to bet there are a few that could even state the date of our transaction.

I understand why you point out that the more publicized an entity such as GFX becomes the more high profile the target is for LE, but I also understand this is another of your vendettas you are all to fond of starting.

I've used gfx a few times. All the info they have is what any provider I've seen also have ..........handle name, pms, and a hobby number, and review attached to gfx. I see no added risk unless they are using minors. I wish I had all the time you have invested in making thread after thread after comment after comment. And that's just in SA forum! Jeeze!!!! Do you do anything else besides this forum and related issues? My opinion of you is solely based on your presence here. I have no idea who you really are . In my opinion, GFX, has said more about its business than I (personally) think is appropriate from a business standpoint or prudent from a legal standpoint.

Posting ad nauseam about specific activities and business practices can't be negated by simply slapping a disclaimer on a post. If you're going to go with the "payment is for companionship only" story...then for God sakes, stick with it.
