It doesn't seem like VL has been banned, but she is advertising a banned special.
Can someone enlighten us as to why she would post such an ad?

A look at the short list of participants in this thread kinda says it all. There are a few of you that just won't let go of anything, no matter how trivial, inane, boring, and irrelevant it is. Then you wonder why shit like this gets "ignored." Or why threads get closed. It isn't because there is some kind of conspiracy or that there are special relationships between providers and Mods. It's because some on here would rather focus on this stupid shit, and sometimes we just can't take it any more.....and I know that hundreds of other members feel the same.

No Mod in this area has received from nor given any favors or preferential treatment to Providers. It doesn't happen. If you have EVIDENCE that shows otherwise, bring it. Otherwise, get over it. I think we do a pretty fair job of being objective and fair, trying to treat everyone the same. There is no conspiracy nor any special relationships between Providers and Mods.

Like BB said, this was handled behind the scenes. As ALL of these situations are. It was looked at very thoroughly and there was a lot of discussion between the Mods. We made our decisions and took our actions carefully. Again... no preferential treatment.

I realize how it can look when we say that we handle these things privately and we never tell you what the results or actions were (or weren't). It can make it look like we are hiding something. Sorry. That's the way the system is set up and the way it is likely to stay. But I don't think that is really a concern. We would never be able to get away with anything for very long. If we were doing unfair shit or giving special treatment, it would come out. And you would rip us for it. Justifiably. But it ain't there. Like I said, get over it.
