I beleive a provider is not to post review, even if she went to another provider and had p4p with that provider. This came up not long ago in Upstate NY. A provider in rochester went to see another provider for P4P and wanted to review. I do not remember if it was in rochester or buffalo that the the fun went down. But dos not matter as both are in upstate ny.
Providers can post in the reveiw area, but it is a no-no. The provider was told that she was not to post the review. She said ok with the added note if I was a female that was not a providers. I would push harder for the right to review.

Ok can you guess the upstate provider without looking first?
If a bi or gay female posted a review it would be ok with me. A provider reviewing another provider, I am not sure yet what I think. But leaning to ok. But I do not think it is ok with eccie. I would to like to know more as what the mod's and owners think on things like this.

Ahhh was just thinking what if a male was a provider and had P4P with a female provider, where he was customer, can he review in a review forum?
