Correct.
The smart ones know how to open bank accounts and file taxes without attracting that sort of attention. For example: No one is going to list "escort" when opening their account or filing their taxes. Proving the money came from an illegal business... now that's another story.

Without having the thread go off-topic I think she should really just be honest about her escorting OR, she could have a viable excuse. Does she have any other extra-money making possible sources of income, like selling things, art, etc? She could always tell her husband the 'extra money' comes from those sources if she thinks he'd flip over the escorting part. And I don't think any of the other girls here are saying that to be judgemental. We're thinking about the possible ramifications about what if the husband finds out the extra stash of money and what is the wife going to TELL HIM if he finds out about it?

Cash and gold bars in a safety deposit box might be one answer. If its off the books—keep it off the books and UTR.
anything else may draw official attention as ,oney laundering in this day of The Patriot Act and Gang Task forces.

The total amount of deposits should equal the total receivables claimed on your tax return. If not, it will eventually be a problem.
Also, Its shocking the number of ladies who are providers and their husbands have no idea. Some provide while their husbands are at work or kids are in school.

I misread....so she is married and he DOES NOT know what she does???
Ewwwwwwwwwwww....If that is the case.....that is so dangerous...My SO would be so suspicious,he might even hire a PI to follow me.
{Cheaters might show up at your door one day....lol}

Exactly.
I'm sorry no offense to anyone but if you're married, providing and you are 100% sure your hubby does not know, the relationship isn't that hot in the first place and you're probably better off saving him the heartache by getting a divorce.

I'm sure the wife has thought about "what if the hubby finds out?" If she hasn't, she's a fool. Any lady who provides and doesn't tell her husband or SO what she's doing is running the risk of being found out.

Maybe providing is just a short term source of income.
Open a small account, $500, at a bank with safe deposit boxes. Then got a safe deposit box and put all cash in there. Only drop the cash off every other week. The small account will not draw husband's or IRS attention.

Yes.
Anyone can seize your money for illegal activities so it really doesn't matter if its PayPal, Green Dot, or your bank. Read the fine print. Your money is never 100% safe from Any financial institution. You'll be fine with any of them as long as it doesnt get out of control and you dont get greedy.. and pay taxes..
I would recommend GD, another bank account, or gift cards even. Ive run with GD and Paypal for years with no problems. Well newer to GD..
What she does to her husband is her business, to each their own.

[QUOTE]On a similar note I feel that if a woman chooses to withhold sex that's 100% her right, but she should not be surprised when her husband fulfills his needs elsewhere.[QUOTE]
Agreed. But after the SO rejected several advances, I vowed never to have sex with her ever again. So far my vow is in tact & it's been over a decade since I made that vow. She seems OK with that.

call your congressman and ask how they hide their $$$
unless you run for office and are subject to the public eye, their tricks are fool proof.
