Geisha Affair?

This is a new site that looks very promising for advertising and reviewing: http://www.geishaaffair.com/

They are offering free advertisements until 2011 and have a review area as well. I'm excited to see how it will take off.

Has anyone else here placed ads on their site? Does it look as promising to you as it does to me in terms of a new "go to" site for advertising?

Hmmm...I don't think so. They seem to be much more interested in the provider's POV. Perhaps I'm looking through rose-colored glasses, though, being a provider and having had one too many frustrating situations with other advertising/review sites.

Anyhow, I'm curious to hear what the advertising providers here think about it. Looks promising to me!

Like any other site, if they get quality, legit ads they will get traffic. What are the features of the site that make you so bullish on i?. In the minute I spent on it it looked like nothing more than another Eros knockoff....

Yes, any site can easily mimic any other site. But I like Geisha Affair for a few reasons:

**Presentation: easy to look at and navigate

**Not charging outlandish advertising fees: Okay...I'm not going to name names but a certain "#1" advertising mall charges $$$ for every little thing AND leaves it up to the advertiser to do all the photo + copy swaps

**Pro-Sex Worker rights: their introductory emails were very positive, friendly, and flat out communicated that they are on "our side" (us as sex workers).

Again, I may be a bit Pollyanna-ish about it. But that's okay with me! I think it looks like a great new site and I just wanted to share my enthusiasm with y'all. I wish them luck!
