Candi put and end to those back pains get in a yoga class and strengthen those core muscles. Or you can go to a real back doctor and his best advice will be an exercise program of physical therapy that strengthens core muscles.

Just trying to help. My mom went to chiropractors for 40 years, she finally heard me and went and got physical therapy and lived out the rest of her years with no back pains.

Motrin is your friend.

I will admit, I was actually just looking for a great Chiro for an elder family member here in town, Eccies always been such a perfect place for info, and Im not too familiar with SA yet, figured it'd be the perfect place to quickly get info from a few different sources on a good doc!
