So what you are saying is, you would like to pocket more money from the girls you represent and would like the rules changed so that you are able to do so? I am quite sure that you make plenty of money for someone who gets to sit around, answer the phone, pay no real expenses and have girls give her money. "Agency" means "Agency" - they are cats and dogs - you don't put the dogs in the same cage with the pussies.
An "assistant" - is an "assistant" - and works for the provider, at the pleasure of the provider.
An agency "manager" - is a "boss" - and the girls work for the "boss" - at the "bosses" pleasure.
Annie, if you're only an "assistant" then why are you still hammering Bailey and Epiphany on your website? They left you ages ago and yet you still have a "bad apples" page up proclaiming them thieves. Nobody believes it anymore and both girls have EXCELLENT reviews. Move on with life and take down the grudge page Annie - it only makes you look bad - no one cares anymore so the "bad apples" page is only getting you bad press. Pimped is Pimped, if they score a review while you are pimping them, then they are NOT Indy. When they return to their Indy non-pimped ways after you pimp them out, then by all means, reviews should go to Indy section. If you do not want to be tied to these girls as their pimp then stop pimping them. If you don't want to stop pimping them then accept that their damn reviews go in the pimped section attached to your pimp kingdom.
I like the distinction between agency and indy forums. Why...I have no real idea. I just like it. But then again, that is the only way I have known it.
I've seen photos here and there on your site of Independent girls who have come to you for help. It's great that you help them get some business, but if they're going through you and you're getting a cut then they're working for an agency. Plus, anybody who sees a girl on your site, or any guy who makes the arrangement through you probably has no idea that the girl is an independent provider who just happens to be getting help from you at the moment, so he naturally would post a review in the agency section. Also, don't you give these girls different names when they work for you? Unless a guy has seen the girl's photos or ads as an indy girl or unless the girl tells the guy she's indy how would he know?
I've never seen a review of any of your agency girls and known they were independent girls you were helping. If you're advertising for them, especially under different names, it is assumed they work for you and they will be reviewed as agency girls.
When we see agency reviews, we usually set up a profile for the girl and assign the review to her as well as to the agency, so both the girl and the agency are linked to the review. But, if the girl is an indy and we have no idea, whatever name you list her as and the guy reviews her under gets credit for the review.
