I have been wanting to open up my menu . I will like to know what is the best size Toy's or Beads to use . Is Astro Glide better than KY Etc Etc ? Any information will be helpful .

I love this thread! I find astro-glide a bit easier to use than ky because you can just apply it once and it seems to keep working. As far as positions some people I know found it easier laying on their back with legs up vs. doggie.

Whatever you choose, make sure that your toy has a large, flared base. You do NOT want to be one of the people who has to go to the hospital when whatever it was slipped up in there.

If you want the toy to stay in place without using your hands -- maybe you want your hands for something else, or maybe you want to leave the toy in while you go about your life -- make sure that it narrows quite a bit before it flares out. Too "straight" and it will slip right out. A beginner might look at a narrow butt plug, but because it is so thin it won't stay in.

I agree with most others here. I'm a BIG fan of Greek and have helped a couple of partners ease into this. From my experience Astro-glide and anal-eze are the way to go. Also, 2 or 3 thin dildos of varying sizes to ease into the feeling and a butt plug also works well. I've found anal beads work wonders once you are comfortable with the feeling of something up there - anal beads increase anal arousal and get you warmed up for the real thing but are not real good if you are just starting out.

As Tori said, the main part is having a good patient teacher. Gradually playing/easing into Greek is the number one thing to make it pleasurable the first few times until you get used to it. Mona - if you ever need such a teacher, I'd be more than happy to fill that role (and other things)

also, one thing that might help is to put a condom over the plug, dildo, etc.
if it's a bit longer than the item, it could help pull it back out.

also, relax, breathe, let it flow in and out. it's the spasm/reflex reaction that makes it more difficult. kind of learning how to fellate without gagging.

Are you wanting to open up the menu due to curiosity or to build your business?

If it's curiosity, I'd say find a trusted sex partner that you can explore with first. If that goes well, then maybe open up the menu.

If it's to build your business, I'd drop back and really think about it first. Porn stars usually go 6 months to a year before they have to do the backdoor stuff - that's when they realize they are approaching their expiration date.

There's more to it than just what size toy. There are hygiene things like understanding when to poop, when to and when not to do an enema and so on.
