Day One Timeline:

4:35 a.m. - 5 minutes into my self-help erection recovery process I'm wondering "Did I make the wrong choice". The old saying 'use it or lose it' comes to mind...If I stop using it will I definitely lose it and never maintain an erection again??!!

I went cold turkey last August and made it till late December. You can adjust to going without it... antidepressants and staying busy help.

As soon as I started considering returning, I started feeling the pull... My fear is not bring able to dip my foot in from time to time without diving in and eventually losing sight of the shore...
