Looking for recommendations on a contact management system. I just started researching and am sure there is already a thread about this but I couldn't find it. It seems web based would make more sense, but pherhaps I'm wrong. I would appreciate any suggestions or links to other threads.

Act! is good I hear if you want to pay money. I use a combination of google mail and google calendar to mange my contacts. It may not be as pretty but the price is right.

ACT is a very good tool for managing customer relationships!! I have used it and it one of the best tools available. Defiantly worth the money!!
