I have had 2 NCNS's in the last 3 days.......

Either bad luck or doing something wrong here

i just think it happens. i was canelledon twice in a two day period. had nothing to do with me it just happened that two individuals had things come up within about the same time frame. it sucks but it happens.

Ive had alot of nc/ns's this year. Always seems to happen on a Friday.
I was just thinking about being unavailable on Fridays and then one guy actually showed up yesterday, contacted me through p411. I had two p411 ns this year. Ive had ten Eccie ns this year, zero BP ns. Thats twelve too many!

Those are interesting numbers and, from a business perspective , they tell you something. But the real picture is what are the percentages as opposed to the actual numbers. The percentages would provide a clearer picture,

Hell, in my busioness I am lucjky if I have no more than one NC/NS per week. Ir is a fact of life and I absorb the cost.

At least you have hard numbers. Most don't

My guess is the eccie and 411's are themselves encountering slow booking or nc/ns so are doing several contacts and the early bird gets the worm.
