Wink New Years Resolutions...Ugh!
My NYs resolution is to get back to the gym and get on a healthy diet. I'm sitting here watching Dr. Oz...ugh! I feel defeated before I start! (lol) Here's a list of absolute *NO* foods:

1. Fast food
2. Sodas (any)
3. Processed meals
4. Canned soups
5. No *Diet* anything

Oh, and I can only have a martini once a week! Why live? See the cat in my avatar...yeah, that's my look right now!

What are your resolutions this year?

I started mine already Gym! (On a reg schedule) I worked out for 3 hrs yesterday! Kickboxing, uphill walking, and then zumba! My ass and abs and legs and arms all hurt! LOL But I'm at it again in a while

I resolve to go running and biking more often. My hobbying resolutions are to try to visit some of the ladies I have not seen in a long time, and to try to visit some of the other high quality ladies that I have been lusting after for a while.

My New Year's Resolution is to lose weight. I get my new recumbent bike tomorrow, and got my rebounder yesterday. I start my juice fast Dec. 27th. I'm pretty anxious to get started. I did the juice fast before Thanksgiving and did pretty good on it. I gave up drinking soda pop months ago, but I have to admit I am working on a sweet tea right now. lol

I'm going to continue my trek of getting in shape/losing weight. I've dropped 25 pounds so far, and hope to continue strong in the new year.


Of course there are going to be a few "Holiday Set-backs" over the Xmas break, but that's life! LOL
