This has nothing to do with TDS. I can’t open Bams link but the rendering I saw was a colossal building…that looked to be 3-4 stories tall. Again….twice the size of the White House, which was built large in order to impress and maybe intimidate visiting world leaders.
I’m surprised the same people who complained about historic monuments coming down due to wokeness see nothing wrong with this.

So no, it's not a refurbishment. He didn't bring it back to full functionality and restore it OG condition or even with minor updates to renew or refresh. He didn't respect what was there and the history.

If he had it would be a different story.
