I have seen many vids over the years of Judge Caprio's court room. I recall him personally paying for the fine of a senior who had a minor violation and their discussion about their families and the future.

Hope he's judged fairly in the next place, as he judged fairly on this earth.

He was a good man- a just man, and will be received well in the here-after! You can sense that a person who has compassion and empathy, even for those who bend or break a law, are doing it for the right reason's, or within the scope of reason. It's these types of judges that all should strive to be- to listen with an open heart and mind and determine that not only if a crime was commmitted, but the mens rea of the crime (intent) was there, when so often it's not.

there are law breakers who knowingly and brazenly break them.

And there are those who are often subject to the abstract and often over-reach of local ordinances, government or process. GOd Speed good sir. God speed.
