Saw some shows, some museums, a couple of No Kings protests. It was great.

I'm from NY, hated the lying, pseudo-liberal politics there as much as I hate the lying, pseudo-conservative politics in the South.

Still....it is fucking unbelievable that Cuomo and Adams are real candidates.

It was unbelievable that Cuomo ever got elected in the first place. People ended up so sick of his father that they threw his ass out for George Pataki, one of the most ineffective Governors in State history. Then....they went and put Cuomo's fucking son in office! Who was way worse than the old man. It still blows my mind. These people TRULY deserve what they get.

A candidate who makes silly unrealistic promises similar to what you would expect from an 8th grade kid running for class president in middle school. I am sure he will be a fine mayor considering NYC's recent history of mayors.

NY City might be like Houston Texas where Sylvester Turner proved that the economic base is so strong that it does not much matter who is Mayor.

Mamdani knows that the rich white liberals, who will end up paying for his ideas, will never abandon NY City because it is NY City.
