It is good in a pinch, however, I am very surprised that it has lasted as long as it has. Probably because of the location. Even though it is on a main drag, it's kind of in the middle of nothing

That place has been there forever, 15 years maybe? Like you said , in the middle of nowhere. Plus that plaza has always been mostly empty, so no one to complain

MMS has been around forever. First saw her at VIP on Walden & Union before the Big Bust, when she was young and slim. Then she ran Shukin on NFB for years till they shutdown.
