It should be noted that most American service men and women have not "fought" for the USA. That combat infantrymen's badge
* is sought afyter by our warfighters, but few have had the chance to earn it . . .even at the height of the "Global War on Terror".
*That is what the Army calls it. The Marines, Navy and Airforce have some badge of recognition for their warfighters who have actually been in combat.
