Rude and unprofessional?

So recently I saw a provider who was more worried about texting on her phone trying to set something else up instead of being focused on the call, I feel like that's rude and unprofessional, what's everyone else think?

I mean… most of these providers aren’t doing this because they have a lot of options. They do it because they are at the end of their rope and it’s the only way they can get the money they need.

chiefsfan51 Does have a point that they could make more money with more professionalism. Jdegr you are also correct.
Just remember that we are all results of the choices we've made in most cases.
I guess it's all in the point of view.

If they had their ducks in a row they would be working corporate jobs with benefits. Most of them can't find half their ducks any only qualify for menial jobs where they have to actually work for low pay. They can do sex work on a sloppy, hit or miss basis and make far more then they would flipping burgers. We all know that if they put real effort into it by providing excellent service and don't spend it as fast as it comes in, they could do quite well.
