Al Green Censured. The Democrats Become A Mob.

Al Green set a new level of behavior for the left . . .a vry low level.

The following day the rest of the Democrsts followed suit to prevent the full censure process to move forward.

This is not "Democracy" even as the Democrats use the word. Itis is mob rule. This is not civilization.

Parlimentary governments such as Brittain has have a tradition of acrimonious give and take in formal sessions where the Prime Minister handles smart assed questions from the opposition. In the past 250 years, the USA has not had that tradition. The House has rules requiring "Civility". The Senate has rules requiring "Comity".

That the progressive leftists resort to these actions merely shows that their ideology is intellectually bankrupt. They cannot compete in the arena of Ideas.

Their last two presidential candidates showed this to be true.

Seems like the maggies tried to adopt this with boebart and mtg "resort to these actions". I tell you i wasn't for al doing such. But it sure showed how "big" the other party was when the shoe was on the other foot. They can't handle a direct action without resorting to some heavyhanded reply unlike the libbys.

You don't watch this things. You just react and think the way you're told to. MTG, Boehbert, and some others shouted something but then sat down. Green remained standing and brandished a weapon towards the president. Lucky he wasn't arrested.

The topic of this thread is the behavior of the Democratic representatives who attempted to interrupt the censure process brought on Rep. Al Green.

It is my contention that much like Rep. Al Green, they broke House rules of decorum and then they behaved as a mob.

This is the sort of thing, interfering with a government meeting, that many were charged with in connection with the events of Jan. 6th 2020. It is exactly what brought censure on (I forget his name) who pulled a fire alarm to stall off a House vote.

We cannot condone or allow mob behavior in our legislative bodies.

Discussions of the behavior of Representatives at other timed and places in this thread are "off-topic".
