Default your perfect meal

I'm curious to know what would be the perfect dinner?

I believe I have distilled mine down to a light greek salad with red onion, blackened king salmon, asparagus & mushrooms sauteed in cognac with sesame seeds sprinkled on top. A great chateauneuf du pape decanted and breathing. Followed by a quality madeira and Avo LE10 cigar on the back porch in cool breath of autumn.

I could also go with a rack of lamb with mint sauce here as well but the rest would remain the same.

It also goes without saying that good company and conversation would be essential to such an endeavor. I am curious to know how the field might answer this one.

Damn rakhir you have quite a sophisticated pallet. I do know what I like to eat but it's on a different type of menu! Lol

The main entrée sounds good, but where is the desert. I think I'd rather have a beautiful smart provider for dessert then a nasty cigar. My opinion. Dam, you got me hungry.
