I think you just have to hold your ground. I like L2 bare which a lot of them don't want to do at first. As long as you are clean and don't come across to bossy once they give that high price I just say no just massage. They try to counter but I keep throwing the $100 at them and tell them how I want it and almost every time I get my way. They have no problem high balling, they are trained that way but they are also not going to let $100 walk out the door that could be in their pocket. May not work with all but it has worked for me many times.
