King cakes
Hey everybody, you know it’s Mardi Gras season so the best time of year to get Fatt lol.
This is something I know is going to get the board engaged. Who would you say makes the best King cakes in the area. I would say the Bywater bakery is the best to me.

The New Orleans area of the board is far reaching. King cake styles in Lafayette can be a little different from NOLA but they’re some outstanding ones here as well. In New Orleans don’t forget Haydels . In Lafayette Kellers Bakery is a favorite and Ricky Meche’s sells a ton of doughnut king cakes.

Meche's is my favorite in the Acadiana area. Ambrosia is my go to in Baton Rouge.
