I keep an old bowling ball bag with everything I could possibly need while setting up/meeting ladies.

1-Phone
2-Ready to drink shots (Tooters,Liqs & Twisted make some good ones)
3-Waterbased lube, regular & numbing for the ladies that allow rear entry.
4-Prophylactics
5-Toiletries (Amazon has a great selection of single use items)
6-Bullet Massager (to insure the lady gets off too)
7-Coconut/Massage oil

I have a few other personal preference items (some are not allowed to be mentioned here) but those are basics every hobbyist should have.
