Swung by there around noon yesterday and no open sign and they seemed to be clearing out. Call to the published number went to voicemail.

I dont know about eviction. I was there today and door is closed. Phone number is not answering, i hope they just went to church or something.

It appears that Classic Spa by the airport suddenly moved out this weekend according to one of my sources.

Blah, blah, blah... More BS

If the two of you had half of a brain between you both, you would have figured out that real estate prices and leases are increasing drastically here in Austin, and the shops cannot afford to pay the increase after their current lease is up. Plus, the eviction protection program is expiring, so if they owe any past rent for the months that they were closed during the shutdown, they will have to pay the back rent or get evicted. It is smarter for them to just close shop, and move somewhere else.

So stop spreading all of the BS. It's getting to where I have to put on my boots to read the ECCIE encounters and comments!
