A Kentucky grand jury has brought no charges against Louisville police for the killing of Breonna Taylor during a drug raid gone wrong

It didn't take a law degree to see how this would turn out if the law was applied without emotion. The police had a warrant albeit a no knock warrant and testimony was apparently given that they did knock anyway. Upon entering the police were fired on by the boyfriend of Taylor and one officer was shot and the police returned fire killing Taylor.

With that evidence, there is no way a legal decision of criminal intent could be brought. As to the one officer that was charged, he will not be found guilty because they can not prove he intended to cause harm when his bullets entered another apartment in his response to officers being fired upon.

Will Louisville burn tonight? Silly question, of course it will.

i grew up in Louisville. if i still lived there it wouldn't be in downtown. regardless i'd just check my weapons, turn on my outside lights for good visibility and wait for assholes to stop by to be shot.



how ironic isn't it that the city district attorney is black? he is. the BLM assholes will be calling him a Uncle Tom racist by midnight. if they wait that long.

Pitino was never charged in any of the Adidas scandals. what Adidas was doing was not illegal.
