***98 Ford Ranger Spare tire ??? Anyone Please

Good morning,

Hey I was wondering if anybody might have a 1998 Ford Ranger spare tire I've been stranded along a busy busy freeway all night long since yesterday afternoon I just recently purchased this truck from the so-called friend and the spare tire that was under the truck is not the one for this truck can anybody help please. I have used all my verizon rescue.
I'm not alone to my animals with me please can somebody help me they have that at that spare tire that goes to it please.

I would get off the highway to the first parking lot you see, it's always a better idea to risk damaging a flat tire the getting hit by highway traffic.
