Mono is usually a kissing disease transmitted through saliva, it is a type of herpes. That is why I do not kiss studio girls or especially dancers at a strip club. Sorry OP, and if it is indeed mono, you are going to be carrying that virus, albeit in a dormant stage after your symptoms disappear, for the rest of your life as there is no cure, and it could reactivate itself when you are feeling stress.

She's the only female I've been with for the last month. I don't want to slander her name... however, I did test positive for mono and it was a day after.

Mono takes longer than 1 day to present. Sometimes up to 4 weeks for a positive lab test. Symptons usually dont occur for 7-21 days.

She may or may not have had mono before the OP saw her, but if what he said is true that he got tested and was positive for mono, then given the activities he said he did in his review, she more than likely has it now, and anyone that saw her for a session after the OP did, then the likelihood that those guys have it is very good. Ridiculous. ...for one mono is ubiquitous for the other, most of us have been exposed by previous acquaintances decades ago....
This is turning into a smear campaign.
