If you copied and pasted the text correctly it appears that they created a new yahoo email address by adding an l in front of your email.. Mind games, I wouldn't worry either

MMMMM smoking I may be going far out on a limb here. He can view your showcase without burning his eyes. Don't get me wrong, I like your pic's. And its refreshing gal next door look. They work for me. You look great in that black dress. But like a lady legs at angle for no up skirt view. And its not showing way to much leg or cleavage for church. And No T&A pic's. I like your pic's, and style. But it leave the door open for him to see your showcase without burning his eyes and mind sending his soul to naaaaaaaaaaa that to far out. Or is it????

Its not the guy I posted in the other thread. He takes a T&A pic and alters for his website. To save others. That being so, he can see T&A without burning.

i commented about this subject a couple of weeks ago. i place an ad in extremely hot about four months ago looking for a pm using my po box as return address.never got a response. but did get notice from post office i had a postage due letter about 6 weeks ago. thought it was someone trying to contact me about my ad. opened it up there was at least four pages of preaching. same subject matter as jen is getting. yes i did make the mistake of putting out my po box in the ad. so i maybe the first guy getting this. nobody passes judgement on me if you all know what i mean.

Thats weird as long as Ive been here and running ads on BP, Ive never gotten one of these.. The weirdos seem to target ads with phone numbers listed..

Now Im going to jinx myself lol. I wouldn't worry Jen, just delete it.

In the LE world they call that a clue Lynn! lol the scammers will ALWAYS ALWAYS ALWAYS start with a phone number and then start goign down the line from there... email, google searches, etc... NEVER post a real phone number... It can also be advisable to create a different gmail, or yahoo email everytime you post on BP so that there is no repetitiveness for scammers to look for...

Backpage is not an adult only site.

Backpage IS child/family/religion friendly and promotes itself as that.

I personally believe professionals should only list at restricted to adult sites.

As a mother, I can understand the outrage of adult ads at child friendly sites.....

This is why I post limited info, pictures, etc on BP and well anywhere really. No email or number is on BP, they contact me through the BP system. I dont get much spam through BP, more here and TER where I have an email public. I do get locals trying to offer me "regular" jobs through BP though. lol They will send me a link to their now hiring ad.

I personally dont like call up service, I do it all through email first. Tried it for a few days with a GV# to my girlfriend phone on BP and hated it. lol Its not my cup of tea for sure.
