Lots of showcases will have blurred faces except for 1 photo or 2, where it's crystal clear.

Do ladies not realize it isn't blurred or just stopped caring?

My guess is the provider was at one time concerned about revealing too much. Then for whatever reason decided to stop and posted some non-blurred pics without removing the existing pics.

A lot of ladies blur their faces in the sexy pics, but will not blur when it's just their face, or when they're fully clothed.

Another way to look at it is to think about whether that single photo would be embarrassing if someone posted it on her mom's facebook page. Face pic? No prob. Hot naked chick with a blurred face? I don't know who that is.
