Confusion still reigns supreme on this issue. The rule used to be that names should be masked if extras are mentioned. That from the old sticky (written, I believe, by Bushaholic) that went away after the shutdown. When this issue came up a few weeks ago gman44 posted a new sticky, but he worded it differently. I see no harm in posting full names as long as there is no mention of extras, since the original purpose was to avoid getting girls fired for extra curricular activities. I doubt you would get called out for it, but what the actual rule is nowadays is not clear.

The sticky by gman references posting a “report” which I assume is a review detailing extras. For as long as I can recall, full names were allowed as long as no discussion of extras occurred.
