No. There are numerous threads broaching the topic in Houston's ISO and Coed forums; it was attempted unsuccessfully a few years ago, and the chances that it will be resurrected are slim to nil. Similar threads have also been born and died in other Lone Star cities.
Perhaps things aren't as tumultuous in OKC, but in Texas with our large and active Hobby population, such a project requires an investment of time and moderation that makes it impractical.
As long as you haven't reached your 5-city limit for the week, you can post once each 7 days like every other local lusty lady in the regular Houston Provider Ads (or Weekend Lineup Thur-Sun), but nowhere else.
