when do you know?
How or when do you know its time to retire?
I myself as of late have been giving it some thought!!!
seem there are many providers and not enough hobbier?
any thoughts on this should I or should I just give it more time?
I am at odds with wanting to retire, would anyone really miss me?
Any ideas on what the next step should be?

Sorry Kat..
I've never seen you so it's hard to answer. The fact that you're asking the question say's something though. So do the two reviews you have on here on eccie, both of which look to be very positive.
Best of luck finding your answer!

This is a tough thing to be doing and it isn't a good choice for everyone. I feel like you have been having issues with the business for over a year (about a year?). If you aren't making money and you aren't happy that is probably something that you pay attention to. Sad to say, but not everyone is tempermentally suited to whoring. I have never kept a job that made me feel less than great. If you don't wake up in the morning with a bounce to your step and dollar signs in your eyes find something that will give you that feeling.
And I'm guessing nobody answered because no one wants to tell you what to do. Just keep this in mind, people have been saying that summer is a slow season. If this is what you want to do and it slows down even more, can you pay your bills?

There are some things you need to take into consideration before you decide which course of action to take. Are you happy with this lifestyle choice? How are you treating your sessions with clients, as just a job, a way to make income? If you aren't happy with what you're doing it is probably affecting how you act around clients & they will sense that & not have as good of a time as they would with someone who enjoys this lifestyle. It's really just a personal choice that you need to make yourself because we honestly don't know what may have prompted this question or what is the right answer to give.

Well, nobody can give you the correct answer because it's your life and you have to make the decisions. You imply in your post that you are not getting enough business because there are too many providers and not enough customers. Is that your problem?
There are guys who like bigger gals but it's a smaller market you're catering to. Offhand, I can't think of too many BBW's who are working in KC right now so your competition seems to be limited. This is an unusual business but it's still a business. Many companies run sales when business is lagging. Have you considered having a sale or even lowering your prices for awhile and seeing how that goes?
The economy is still weak and many guys simply don't have the funds they use to have and aren't hobbying as much. Maybe a lower price will attract some new business and if you provide a good experience, these guys might get to be regulars.
Maybe you can offer half hour sessions. Those are really popular right now not only for the lower cost but also because that's usually all the time a guy needs for a satisfying experience. Maybe lower your hour session price. Who knows what might work?
What I'm getting at is don't be afraid to experiment. It sounds like you haven't found your niche market and price level yet. Be proactive and try to figure out why you're not getting the business and then change your business plan.

+1. It is just like a business, subject to economics like any other business and with concerns that any business would face: supply & demand, profit margins, marketing, etc.
Good luck - hope that you find the business model that suits you.

ok i treat this as a lifestyle not a job nor just something to make money.I love what i do and do what i love.I do now offer in call and hh rates to get things going.I understand that every man wants a playboy bunny when they come to visit yet just because i am not a size two(not knocking those of you whom are) dose that mean that the service is any thing less then the best service around? I understand things are hard now for everyone, but i see it as if things were so hard wouldnt the hobby lifestyle in a whole drop.I dont know what to do,i feel like a outsider looking in11 did anyone else have this problem when they frist started (or at least within their frist year) or am i just crazy to have even started?

Kat,
Not everyone wants a playboy bunny. You need to find your target audience, find your niche and build your client base off of that.
You need to look at your marketing, are you advertising on the sites that make you money or waste your time? Ask the guys where they saw your ad when they call you. Talk to other ladies who are BBW's and see where they advertise. See if they can give you some tips so that you can become successful.
One thing guys don't like to see is someone putting themselves down all the time. No one likes to see or be part of a pity party. You need to have confidence in yourself and your ability to make your life better.
There's a jack for every jill out there.

I love this topic. "When do you know"
I personally will quit the lifestyle when I no longer like what I do.
I have had the opportunity of meeting so many wonderful men, and our fun has turned into Trust, Companionship, and most of all Friendship. I have been doing this for quit sometime and it shows (or should I say once showed) in all 73 excellent reviews I once had on Escorts.com.
I admit when I first started out, I may have been overly caucious by not trusting a few gentlemen when they actually came to my location. After being in this amazing, fun business for a while now, I learned to trust and be myself, instead of assuming things. Assumption is exactly what it is. But learning to trust, and be trusted is what it's all about.
So, yes with all that being said, and yes I did turn the big 50 this year, I have no date of when I may retire. I love what I do and it shows. Age is only a number, and if you take care of yourself and like what you do then go for it.
Hugs,
Summer1961

Kat,
As a male we are often reluctant to respond to a question like this. The decision to retire or not to retire is yours to make. In a follow up message you said you love this life style. Then follow Ms Elena’s advice. I would second Ms. Elena’s comments about putting yourself down. I would suggest that you change your quote “If it wasn’t for bad luck I would have no luck at all…”
I will admit as a male I am visual creature and the playboy bunny type has a sexual appeal. Over the years some of my most enjoyable encounters were with a provider who would have been considered a BBW. I smile and start to get hard as I think about those encounters. They were hot and sensual. In my opinion having a quality encounter is more important than the body type of the provider.
I hope this helps. Feel free to PM me if you would like to talk more.

Kat - I can only speak for myself; I can tell you that there are basically two reasons I haven't attempted to see you. One is that you make it tough to contact you - most ads do not have a phone number (though I do see one on your P411 listing). The second reason is probably the biggest, and that's the fact that you never smile in your photos. Smiling means happy, happy means fun. I've never had a good experience with a provider who didn't smile in her pix. Just a thought.

Only you will know . You have to weigh your options . Make a pros and cons list and go with the flow. Recognize if you burned out and just need a break or if you are really wanting to retire . I have seen a lot of ladies that say they retire and then end up making there way back in to the field . I then ask them why they came back and they always just say that they needed a break. Good Luck to you on any decision you make .
