Agency vs Independent

For people who have tried both... can you provide a compare/contrast between the two experiences. Pros/cons etc...

Agencies are better for immediate availability and consistent quality without having to jump through so many hoops. Rep is everything to an agency.

Independents are better in terms of your peace of mind and security as successful agencies are targeted by LE and no matter what the agency claims your contact info is usually kept somewhere. I prefer independents for this reason.

If you don't mind the increased risk factor or only do incall with a throwaway phone then an agency is better for the spur of the moment hobbyist. IMHO of course.
