If I had to guess I'd say it's because you submitted a new thread and not a new review?
When you write a review press the blue New Review button, that gives you the template for you to fill out.
None of your sections are bolded like normal, if it is a thread it wouldn't go into the review queue for moderation.

When on m.eccie.net there isn't an option to create a new review, only thread. I've wanted to post a review from my phone but can't access eccie.net from phone or tablet.

You can switch to desktop version by replacing m. with www. in the url.
There's also a way to permanently change to desktop version, bottom of main national page click full site.
I've written and posted everything I have on phone.

You should send a pm to one of the mods with the link and ask them to attach it.

I've fixed the review tagging so that it now reflects on your profile.

As has been stated previously, use the New Review button when writing a review. That gives you a form to fill out with all the fields and the proper title.
