This discussion is like the "100 days" debate .... Trump said "wall," but it won't be "a WALL" ... like this ...
.. it will be a combination of wall, fencing, barriers, and electronics depending on the environment and function at that location ... AND
.. it will not be a continuous barrier from the Gulf of Mexico to the Pacific ... there will be locations where it will not exist ... depending on the recommendations of ICE and DHS ... based on function and necessity.
And it will get "built"! Some already exists.
