Trump always proved to be pretty creative. What I see him doing is recruiting a large number of Hispanic inmates who are serving lengthy sentences to build the wall. Intern the remainder of their sentences will be diverted to time served upon completion of the wall. So in a way Mexico is paying for the wall. That's how things get done when you have a leader who is creative and not afraid to do what others said he couldn't.

I hope he pushes for legislation to tax those overseas remittances which are sent thru companies like western union.

my numbers might be off. its something like 4 billion dollars are sent overseas, 2 billion sent south of the USA.
