How to "Go Premium" via a review

Hi all --

Sorry if this is answered elsewhere; I looked but couldn't find it.

I was hoping to get premium status via a review, but that process doesn't seem to be automated and I can't find where you request it.

Any advice?

Your review was not approved for Premium Access credit because you did not supply sufficient information in The Rest of the Story section. This is by far the most important section of the review.

To see some examples of the type of information that goes there, see the sample reviews thread. It doesn't need to be in graphic detail, but it does need to provide enough information for other gentleman to make an informed decision as to whether they would enjoy seeing the lady.
