Default Am I doing this wrong ?????

Been doing this for 3 years but s*** what do I know things keep changing and there's always new ways to do different things.

I was recently contacted by somebody he never put down what he wanted as an half hour, hour, so I told him that I would love to see him but what was he looking for I guessi was the dumb one cause I just assumed that he would know since I'm pre booking what I was talking about, I guess I was wrong :-(
I guess he got scared away by me asking and decided not to do an appointment with me which is fine but when your pre booking isn't it kind of important to know are you wanting a half an hour an hour 90 minutes or 2 hours.???

I don't like taking appointments that are too close together and I don't like over booking people, am I doing this wrong ???? am I not supposed to ask???? please let me know I really don't want to run into this problem again.

I guess I have always stated how long I want to book for. On a new provider that I cannot find much for if any reviews, I will sometimes throw out 1/2 hour with a possible extention if we get along, if it fits their schedule. When I call someone new, usually the first question I get from the provider is "How long are you thinking, Babe." Maybe instead of asking what he is looking for, ask how long is he looking for? If he says all four or ten inches, he is pretty dense.

Lol I guess it was how I put it maybe??? Idk, sucks though, I mean I figure I've been on here long enough with no issues, no bad reviews, I thought I'd be trustworthy enough to be open with, most 98% feel comfy, but I guess not everyone's like that... Bummer I feel as if he would of had fun lmao.

Any ways I'll see the rest of your gents, haven't been there in a few months so should be fun

Well thank you wifey lol but he didn't tell me anything just an appt and time of, that's what I was wanting to know cause if you want 90 mins or so I like to keep at least 2 hours in-between, I need to shower, redo make up, clean my room check messages. Texts, and have me time in between ya know.

If this guy was a newbie, like me, we keep getting told to read and do our research which I have doing a lot of. One thing I have read quite a few times is if questions are asked about specifics of things you want to leave or stop communicating. I may have it wrong because I am still trying to figure this out. One guy was obviously an attorney and laid it out pretty clear, danno I think.

My plan because of this is similar to what you experienced. I plan on saying, read my P411 profile, say how long for her time and that's it. I am also easy and don't want anything special really but it is in my profile so I don't need to say it and take the chance of that being used against me by le. If the lady asks about such things I am planning on doing the same thing he did to you. But now people here say he is a fool and a knob. So I am confused but not discussing it sounds like a great way to stay safe to me.

I would agree. A question like what are you looking for could be interpreted as specifics vs the amount of time. Simply ask how long he would like to schedule? 60 min or 2 hours etc.

I met someone in Colorado when on business once and when we were talking after we met stood up and asked..........so what would you like me to do? It was innocent enough but panic went through my mind and thought this was it. I was screwed. After I told her and she was just trying to get things moving so I didn't feel like she was wasting my time with idle chit chat.

Yes but that's the point I don't want to have to ask anything when we get together, things need to be known in messages when setting up appts. If you're seeing something up with a well known, well reviewed provider you shouldn't have an issue staying what your looking for, or when you're looking for our what have you.

For example: if you're wanting me to have an out fit on, and wanting to shower or what have you id like to know before you arrive, id prefer not to have my make up all done, hair all done up if I'm jumping in the shower.

It's just confusing and I def need to know how long your wanting to spend time with me.

Like I said maybe I'm wrong....

Anyways owell, just wanted to know if it was weird that I wanted to know. Lol

Shayla, I hear what you are saying. But especially for a newbie, I don't really know how trustworthy anyone is or if they just got turned by LE to save themselves. The attorney in this post seems to be saying anything documented by texts, voicemail or in person can be used against you. Things like time, makeup and what you wear are not a concern but all of the fun acronyms the community uses would be and I for one do not want anything that can be documented connected with a meeting. I could be wrong but it seems to me if I say specifics about what I would like in a text and then money is mentioned I could be screwed. So I will plan on erring on the side of extreme caution. But then again having it on P411 is documented, so I just don't know ....

I have 0 experience at this point, so I am just trying to explain why this may have happened to you from a newbies standpoint. I am also trying to get more feedback if my thoughts on this are accurate and warranted.

I totally understand the safety part and I do realize that there's been some morons who have turned all because they didn't want to take a f****** misdemeanor. And I definitely don't want anybody to feel unsafe just like I don't want to feel unsafe. But I definitely need to know what I'm doing and how long I'm doing it not only for the sake of me but I need to know how I'm supposed to schedule other people not fair for other people for me to have to tell them what I don't know when I can schedule because he won't give me a time.

And this guy wasn't a newbie I think I forgot to provide that and I've noticed a lot of people are saying stuff about newbies

Well in my opinion stating the length of appointment desired is mandatory. Providers are not mind readers and there is nothing illegal about requesting to spend a specified amount of time with someone. I always leave it at that though. I never ask too many questions before a first meeting, guess I let research speak and assume my experience will be similar. This is where BP girls with no info on them become risky. I'll start asking questions when we are both naked.
