When I'm speaking to a provider who is familiar with eccie, it's "icky".

With someone who is not familiar with eccie, it's "ee see see eye ee" or "ee see see eye ee dot net".

I used to say E CC I E all spelled out but Ecky is just faster. I'd never say icky because nothing icky goes on here
